I regret to inform that, despite my initial review expressing dissatisfaction with Albany Motor Cars, the situation remains unchanged, and essential items promised at the time of purchase have not been provided even after eight months (since 4/27/2024).

The subpar treatment and unfulfilled promises not only undermine the trust placed in a certified Mercedes dealership but also highlight the disconnect between customer expectations and the actual service provided by Albany Motor Cars. The disregard for maintaining the high standards expected from Mercedes, especially in terms of a detailed interior, further exacerbates the disappointment.
Regrettably, I have been left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the corporate level, as the ongoing neglect from Albany Motor Cars demands a more serious intervention.

They were of no help whatsoever! This makes 2x in 10 months on the purchase of a brand new vehicle!! So sad you pay this much for a fine automobile only to be disappointed in the service provided by the local dealership. If this is the way Mercedes operates then this will be my last purchase of a Mercedes!!!
I do not understand why my title application was not sent out till April 29 when I purchased my Mercedes’ benz car April 13. Over two weeks? This is not what I would expect from a Mercedes dealer or any car dealer. Very disappointing and not very customer focused.
I purchased a CPO Mercedes from out of state and was highly satisfied with the customer service and final product. Makeba was professional and we completed all paperwork in an hour. I would highly recommend Albany Motorcars.
The mechanic there are knowledgeable and they get you in and out. The customer service is great she is a friendly ,nice, respectable person thanks.

I DIDN'T COME IN TO BUY A CAR TODAY, BUT Makeba Wright Was so helpful and friendly, She was very persuasive in selling my wife and I the vehicle of our dream.
Setting the appointment was pleasant. Sat in the driveway of the service department for 15 minutes went inside to find someone, had to go to the parts department to find a person. Still waited another 15 minutes, they took another person in front of me. Never called to say the car was ready or if it needed anything else. Was rude when I called. Think I will drive to Columbus, Macon or Tallahassee for anymore work. Had high hopes, really disappointed.
Michelle is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of in a timely manner. Her customer service skills are always on point and quite frankly, she is the reason I use Albany Motor Cars instead of going to another Mercedes dealership.

The service I received was good. I had a windshield replaced. It should have been cleaned after they finished it. I had new tires put on but they were not cleaned, just put on. Whoever drove my car, had nasty shoes and didn’t wipe their feet. But, over all, the service was good.

My experience purchasing my vehicle was wonderful. The Sales Representative Steve Johnston was very knowledgeable about facts about the vehicle I was purchasing. He provided additional safety features about the vehicle I was unaware of. He made me feel very comfortable where I could asked him questions concerning each vehicle I was contemplating purchasing. The whole business transaction there was never the pressure to make a sale but to establish a client. I felt that my sales representative did an awesome job providing information on how to use the technology within my car within a short period of time.

Albany Motor Cars is the place to purchase your new or used car. Our salesperson (Steve Johnston) and entire staff are spot on. They will treat you with the class and respect you deserve. My parents were looking to trade their Lincoln. They were looking at Lincoln and Cadillac. My daughter and I were in Albany looking at different makes and models. We stopped in and was introduced to Mr. Johnston. We explained what we were looking for and why. He took the time out of his day to demonstrate an MB E300. Very nice car. Drives and rides excellent. After the test drive, i introduced my parents to the possibility of the MB. They were a little concerned because our Town(Tifton) does not have a dealership and would have to travel to Albany for service and repair. I convinced them to at least take a look. My mom fell in live with the C300. It was the perfect size for her. We decided on the model but they did not have the color in stock. My parents had a trade. The offer and out the door price was much better than i expected. My parents concerns about service and repair was extinguished when they offered to pick up and return when service was needed. Albany Motor Cars dealer traded for the car my parents wanted. We picked it up the next day. Two weeks later a semi backed into my parents car. Well....being a brand new car with 300 miles, we decided to get a new MB C300. In just a few days after the insurance check received Steve drove to my parents house with a brand new car. I know this was a long review but felt that it was too important not to share. In a nutshell, the dealership and Mr. Johnston is beyond fair and all out class. My mom loves her car. If you are in the market for a car, buy your car at Albany Motor Cars and ask for Steve.

I have had my Mercedes serviced here at Albany Motorcars every 10,000 miles since I have had it. They always cheerfully pick it up and leave me a loaner. The staff is always very helpful even when I have had warranty work done, I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their overall service.

I found the car online and was in contact with a staff member several times to schedule when I would come in and even gave me more information on the car. When I arrived there I got to test drive it right away and I loved it. I was excited!! The staff was great while I was waiting to sign paperwork, they were friendly and made me feel welcome. They were not pushy which is great. I was impressed by the service they provided.

Everyone from the repairman to front office was exceptional as to making me comfortable while waiting. They made me feel very special. Service advisor explained everything in detail and was extremely courteous, will not hesitate on returning for future services.

Purchased a new 2008 E-350 from Albany Motors with an extended warranty and the prepaid service. Two months after the purchase Albany motors tells me it was a Demo (had only 600 miles) and that Mercedes would not honor the extended warranty. In addition we also found out that the warranty start date was the date they put the car in service, didn't find that out until the first service after the purchase. Additionally, the prepaid service also started from that date....which meant I paid for four years and had a little less that 2 years remaining. I did get my money back for both.....but the bottom line is I purchased a vehicle with a Mercedes Extended Warranty and the Mercedes Service Plan. I now have a vehicle without either. The quote sheet and the invoice both have the New Car box checked and not the Used or Demo that are both present. Tried the Mercedes Customer Service....they told me it was between me and the Dealership because they are independently owned and operated.
This also took me over 3 months to resolve. I attempted numerous times to contact the General Manager.....he never once returned my calls. He always had the Finance guy call me. Buyer Beware when dealing with this group. NEVER AGAIN!
