Do I need an appointment for service?
An appointment gets you in and out fastest, and you can book one online in about two minutes. That said, if a warning light comes on while you're driving down Oglethorpe, come see us — we'll work you in as quickly as we can.
Can I wait at the dealership while my car is serviced?
Absolutely. Our lounge has Wi-Fi, coffee, and comfortable seating, and most routine services — oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections — are done while you wait. For longer jobs, ask your advisor about loaner and shuttle options when you book.
Do you only service Mercedes-Benz vehicles?
Mercedes-Benz is our specialty — our technicians are factory-trained on everything from the A-Class to the EQS — but we service most makes and models. If you bought a used vehicle from us that isn't a Benz, bring it back here. We know its history better than anyone.
What if my car breaks down and can't be driven in?

How often things actually need attention on a Mercedes-Benz.
How often does my Mercedes-Benz need an oil change?
Most modern Mercedes-Benz engines run full synthetic oil and go roughly 10,000 miles or one year between changes — your vehicle's maintenance reminder will tell you exactly when. What are Service A and Service B?
They're the two scheduled maintenance visits Mercedes-Benz alternates between. Service A (roughly every 10,000 miles) covers an oil and filter change, fluid checks, tire inflation, and a brake inspection. Service B (roughly every 20,000 miles) adds items like the cabin air filter and brake fluid exchange. Your dashboard counts down to each one so there's no guesswork.
How long do tires last on Georgia roads?

How long should my battery last?
Three to five years is typical — but Albany summers are brutal on batteries, so we lean toward the shorter end of that range around here. How do I find out if my vehicle has an open recall?
Check our recall information page or call us with your VIN and we'll look it up on the spot. Recall repairs are performed at no charge to you — there's no reason to put one off.
Will regular service here help my resale value?
